An emergency is when for example your roof leaks, causing damage to your property. It is the home owners responsibility to limit further damage. Therefore temporary repairs or full repairs should be carried out immediately.

If this is storm damage, fire or theft we can call out immediately and carry out the necessary repairs.

PAYMENT?
We do not take money on the door. Once our contractors have finished the works they will hand you a time sheet for you to sign. This time sheet then comes back to our head office where the hours and materials are calculated and an invoice will be sent out. If this is an insurance claim you can ask your insurance company to pay us direct leaving you nothing to pay subject to the excess. The payment process normally takes 3-4 weeks.

But I have Buildings Insurance Policy.    Yes, but have you read the small print. the bit that says "damage resulting from deterioration or poor maintenance is not covered." Your Ultramate Property Maintenance Policy will provide you with proof of upkeep and prevent any buildings insurance claim being invalidated.

A Simple phone call to our emergency hotline will ensure one or more of our approved professional tradesmen visits your property and starts work immediately. We do not take payment at the door once our tradesmen finished, he will hand you his time sheet for you to check and sign, the time sheet is then calculated at our head office, an invoice will then be sent out to you, you can then forward the invoice to your insurance company asking them to pay us direct leaving you nothing pay subject to excess.
